Fidelity Equity Fund II Limited (FEF II) is a US$23.2.0 million SME fund based in Ghana. The fund was established in 2006 and had its first closing in July 2007.

The capital of FEF II is available for investments in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia. Average investment size is US$1.5 million.
