Fidelity Equity Fund I Limited (FEFI) is our first fund. The fund was initially established (in 2000) as a pilot fund for SMEs in Ghana with investment principally from the seed capital fund of the FMO and restructured into a conventional private equity fund in 2004.
FEFI has a committed capital of US$8.5 million which has been fully commited to 11 investee companies (including one investee company each in Liberia and Sierra Leone). Please see "Our Portfolio" for a list of investee companies.
