Once we receive your business plan, we review it and provide you with our feedback. If we believe that your business meets our Investment Strategy and Investment Criteria we will request a meeting with you to discuss the potential investment before we agree to propose the investment to our investment committee.
When we review a business plan and the project we ask ourselves the following questions among others:

Propose and sign a terms sheet with you. Sometimes this may be preceeded by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
