Fidelity Capital Partners Limited ("FCPL") was established in February 1997 and commenced business in November 1999 as a venture capital and private equity funds management company and corporate finance advisory services provider.

Our diversified shareholders include our management team, local and international private investors and development finance institutions (DFIs).

We currently manage two dedicated private equity funds and are the Local Investment Partner (LIP) for two Pan-African private equity funds for Ghana and selected English speaking West Africa countries. We have a total of US$25 million under our management in two dedicated funds.

As a leading corporate finance advisory firm, we have provided advice  to governments, quasi-government institutions and private sector businesses on several transactions in West Africa including privatisations, buy-out, corporate financial restructuring and loan syndications.

Our extensive network and knowledge in the West Africa sub-region accords us the opportunity to offer value added services to our investors and clients.

 We are a pioneer member of the African Venture Capital Association (AVCA).
